Terms of use

1. Klagenfurt University students and staff can book the two teamwork rooms as well as the four smart boxes via the room-booking system (online calendar).

Other users are asked to book at the circulation desk.

2. Length and booking:

  • only one room per person and day
  • 4 consecutive hours maximum*
  • bookable 10 days in advance

    • 3. Free rooms or boxes are open to all users. However, the reservation has priority over free use.

    4. Please leave the room clean and tidy.

    5. On leaving, please arrange furniture as you found it and make sure that cables of technical devices (beamer, etc.) are connected correctly (original state).

    6. As a safety measure, we strongly recommend NOT to leave valuables unattended in the rooms or boxes. The university cannot be held liable for objects taken onto its premises.

    7. The Regulations for the Use of the Library as well as the University House Rules apply.
